Three units of NSS, comprising 100 volunteers each,are working effectively and actively in the college. The very purpose behind encouraging students to join NSS is to develop feeling of volunteerism in them. NSS provides a platform to the students to pay back the debt to the society and feel sensitized about different social issues. Students of all classes can enrol themselves as NSS volunteers. Those opting for this opportunity not only become socially responsible citizens but also get additional weightage at the time of placement as well as admission to higher classes. NSS units of the college hold regular camps. Punjabi University selected this college as the ‘Best College’ in NSS activities during 2013-14. Our College was the chosen venue for Inter College NSS Camp (Punjabi University, Patiala) during January 2017.
