The Nanhi Chhaan Foundation, established in 2008, aims to address critical social issues such as female foeticide, tree plantation, and religious harmony. The Nanhi Chhaan committee is focused on the principles of the Nanhi Chhaan Foundation would play a pivotal role in promoting awareness and action among students and society.
The primary objective of this committee would be to promote gender equality by raising awareness about the importance of the girl child and combating gender-based discrimination. The various guest lectures, campaigns, and competitions are organised by committee to educate the students about the detrimental effects of female foeticide and the significance of supporting girls' education and rights. Additionally, the committee is also dedicated to sensitize the students and society regarding environmental concerns through environmental education initiatives. These activities develop a sense of responsibility towards nature among the students.
